PMI has received a ruling from the Investment Capital Branch of the British Columbia Ministry of Small Business and Economic Development confirming that we are eligible to receive investments from Venture Capital Corporations ("VCC") registered under the Small Business Venture Capital Act (British Columbia) (the "SBVCA") and that we have been registered as an Eligible Small Business Corporation ("EBC") under section 28.2 of the SBVCA.
